Clear feedback gets faster help. Please follow these guidelines:

  • One topic per ticket for easier tracking.
  • Include environment: device, OS, app / browser version.
  • Reproduction steps: "Do A, then B, observe C".
  • Avoid sensitive data: never paste passwords or payment proofs in public channels.
