By accessing, registering or using any MissAI service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms together with the Privacy Policy, Copyright Notice, Disclaimer and any other agreements referenced.
2. Account & Registration
Provide truthful, accurate and current information at registration and keep it updated. Accounts are personal and may not be transferred, leased or shared. Losses from unauthorised use are your responsibility — we recommend two-factor authentication. If you suspect compromise, contact Technical Support immediately.
3. Acceptable Use
The following are prohibited:
- Posting content that violates law, incites violence, spreads disinformation or infringes others’ rights.
- Defamation, harassment or hateful content targeting real people.
- Unauthorised scraping, copying, reverse engineering or tampering with the client.
- Exploiting bugs for profit, fake accounts, traffic manipulation.
- Distributing content unsuitable for minors without age verification.
Violations may result in warnings, feature restrictions, temporary suspension or permanent bans.
4. User Content & Licence
You retain copyright in original characters, worlds, plots, conversations and comments you create on MissAI. To deliver the service, you grant MissAI a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, non-exclusive licence to display, recommend, back up and process your content within the platform. 5. AI-Generated Content
Text generated entirely by AI is not subject to copyright. In human-AI collaborations, your authorship rights are proportional to your human contribution. Do not use AI output for defamation or for medical, legal or other professional advice.
6. Billing & Refunds
Subscriptions, single-title purchases and virtual goods are charged as displayed and take effect immediately. Except as required by law, services already consumed are non-refundable. You can cancel any time; remaining benefits stay active through the period. Compensation may be available for prolonged service outages.
7. Service Changes & Termination
We may modify or discontinue features for business or regulatory reasons; material changes will be announced 7 days in advance. If we permanently retire a service, we will provide a window to export purchased content and personal data.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MissAI is not liable for indirect losses caused by force majeure, network failures, third-party service issues or user misuse. See Disclaimer for the full scope.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of MissAI’s registered jurisdiction. Disputes should first be attempted in good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, they shall be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in that location.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced 7 days in advance via in-app notice and email. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms. Please review them periodically.
